The Project
This project focused on a growth-stage perfusion and blood flow imaging company. The core challenge and need for the client was to develop a 12-18 month action plan to align their team, mission, vision, strategic, and tactical objectives.
The Solution
The client implemented the Factor 7 Solution, a comprehensive strategic planning initiative. This process involved a multi-step partnership with the client, starting with a pre-meeting immersion with the CEO, a virtual team preparation meeting, and a percentage-onsite leadership preparation meeting. The core of the solution was a full-day onsite facilitation, followed by subsequent virtual meetings. Beyond the facilitation, the solution included the development of a data-driven action plan, as well as the active facilitation of plan updates, monitoring of progress, and ongoing support for executing both strategic and tactical objectives.
The Results
The key outcomes of this project included a defined vision and mission, improved accountability among leadership for key strategic and tactical objectives and deadlines, enhanced team cohesion and morale, clear performance expectations and metrics, identification of staffing limitations and constraints, and prioritization of key tactical objectives across functional areas.
